About these terms
These terms describe the service Preview to Production provides and the responsibilities that apply when you engage us. Preview to Production is operated by InterConn Inc., a Florida corporation ("InterConn Inc.," "we," or "us"). By submitting a project intake or engaging us, you agree to these terms. The public-facing service and website name is "Preview to Production"; the contracting entity is InterConn Inc.
The service
Preview to Production takes AI-built applications from a working preview to a verified production environment. We connect, configure, and verify the production components your application requires. We sell the outcome of getting your application live and verified — not coding hours.
Production Launch — $995
The $995 Production Launch fee covers the deployment and verification of one substantially complete application in one production environment. This includes standard deployment, standard integrations, configuration of required production services, a security and permissions review, critical workflow verification, and production handoff — the normal work required to deploy and verify your existing application. The $995 fee is the real, fixed price for Production Launch and is not a "starting at" price. Normal production configuration required to deploy and verify an otherwise substantially complete application is included in the $995 Production Launch and is not treated as additional development work.
When additional work is required
Production Launch does not include building missing functionality or substantial repair, replacement, or material expansion of an incomplete application. If, during our review, we discover functionality that still needs to be built or substantially repaired, replaced, or materially expanded, we will identify it and quote that work separately before doing it. No separately quoted additional work is performed without your approval. Unusually complex applications, extensive custom development, major code repair, or specialized infrastructure may also require a separate quote. Normal production configuration required to deploy and verify your existing application remains part of the $995 Production Launch.
Enhancements
After your application is production-ready, optional enhancements — such as admin dashboards, customer portals, automation, data migration, payment systems, CRM integrations, document management, or reporting — may be available. Enhancements add or improve functionality and are separate from Production Launch. They are separately quoted based on your project and require your approval before work begins. Enhancements are not required to receive the $995 Production Launch.
Production Maintenance
Production Maintenance is an optional ongoing service available after launch to keep your production application, integrations, and critical functionality operating properly. The specific terms of Production Maintenance — including pricing, billing, cancellation, and service levels — are established separately and agreed before that service is offered for purchase.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for owning or having the right to use the application, code, data, and accounts you ask us to work with. You agree to provide reasonable cooperation and timely responses so we can complete the work.
Customer authorization and access
By engaging us, you authorize Preview to Production to access your application, accounts, and services only as necessary to complete and verify the authorized work. You may revoke access when the engagement ends, where practical. You are responsible for ensuring you have the authority to grant any access you provide.
Ownership of customer projects
Your code, data, domain, application, business logic, customer data, and intellectual property remain yours. InterConn Inc. does not reuse, resell, publish, or claim ownership of your project, and your project will not be used as a portfolio example without your permission. We access your project only for the purpose of completing and verifying your production deployment, and where practical we work within accounts and infrastructure you own.
Confidentiality
Your project and business information are treated as confidential throughout the engagement. A confidentiality and project protection agreement is included with every Production Launch engagement.
Verification
We verify the critical workflow of your application before calling it deployed. If we cannot verify it, we do not call it deployed. The specific workflow verified depends on what your application is built to do, and not every project uses every component.
Third-party platforms and services
Preview to Production is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any AI building platform. Your application may depend on third-party services — such as hosting, payment, email, database, or authentication providers — whose terms, availability, and changes are outside our control. We are not responsible for the actions, outages, or policies of third-party services.
Scope limitations
We work within the agreed scope for your engagement. Work outside that scope — including major code repair, extensive custom development, or specialized infrastructure — may require a separate quote. We are not responsible for issues caused by factors outside the agreed scope or outside the production environment we are engaged to support.
Payment
The Production Launch fee is $995. The process works as follows: you submit a Production Review request; we review the project to determine whether it fits the $995 Production Launch scope; if it qualifies, you pay the $995 fee in full before work begins; and if the review identifies functionality that must be built, substantially repaired, replaced, or materially expanded, that work is outside the $995 scope and will be separately quoted. No separately quoted additional work is performed without your approval. Enhancements and Production Maintenance are priced separately.
Refunds
The $995 Production Launch fee is refundable before work begins. Once work on the Production Launch has begun, the fee is non-refundable. If InterConn Inc. determines before work begins that it cannot undertake the Production Launch, any Production Launch fee already paid will be refunded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Preview to Production's liability in connection with the services is limited to the fees you paid for the specific engagement that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for issues arising from third-party services, your code, or factors outside the agreed scope.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement with reasonable notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees for work completed up to that point, and our access to your accounts and services can be removed where practical.
General terms
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. InterConn Inc. may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
